What is an SRES®?

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® to agents who have completed specialized training in helping clients age 50+ with their unique real estate needs.

This advanced education covers topics like financial and tax considerations, estate planning coordination, housing options for seniors, and the emotional aspects of transitioning from a long-time family home. My SRES® training includes expertise in generational differences, life stage transitions, reverse mortgages, legal matters, technology solutions, and building a comprehensive senior-focused professional team.
