About Me
Welcome to my world of real estate and community commitment. I'm Mark Goldade, CD, and I've dedicated my life to excellence, whether it's in the world of real estate or in supporting the heroes who serve our nation.
With over a decade of experience in retail management, I honed my skills in leadership, customer service, and operational excellence. My journey took an exhilarating turn when I pursued a career as a professional skydiver, capturing breathtaking moments through the lens as a freefall photographer and videographer.
In 2009, I answered the call to serve my country and proudly joined the Canadian Armed Forces, dedicating over 14 years of my life to protecting and defending Canada. My roles as an Aerospace Control Operator, Tactical Data Link Operator, and Missile Warning Operator took me to missions against ISIS, multi-national exercises, and strategic installations around the world. These experiences instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and a profound understanding of the importance of teamwork.
Having a deep appreciation for the unique needs of military members, I bring a special insight into the challenges they face when it comes to relocation. Whether you're a military member or a civilian client, you can benefit from my life experiences, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring a smooth and successful real estate transaction.
My commitment to philanthropy and community support runs deep. I have actively been involved with organizations such as The Rolling Barrage PTSD Foundation, UN/NATO Veterans, and SoldierOn. My contributions range from leadership roles to fundraising events, scuba camps for ill and injured members, and more.
In addition to my community involvement, I also donate a portion of my commission from every transaction to Homes for Heroes, an organization dedicated to providing safe and supportive housing for homeless veterans. My passion for brewing has led to a partnership with One Great City Brewery in Winnipeg to create a special Kentish Ale, with a percentage of the proceeds generously donated to Homes for Heroes.
